김상헌과 최명길을 통해 현재를 돌아보자

진정한 충신의 모습

 

 

 

오늘 특별한 분의 추천과 숙제로 남한산성을 보게 되었다. 가벼운 마음으로 영화시작을 보았지만 점점 더 생각을 많이하고 고민과 여운을 남긴 영화로 인상깊었다.

 

도입부의 김상헌(김윤석)과 노인의 대화를 하는 장면이 있다. 노인의 이익을 추구하는 모습을 보며 김상헌이 지향하는 다른 모습에 참지 못하고 양반과 충신으로써 노인을 살해했다고 본다. 이를통해, 김상헌이 생각하고 지향하는 대의를 비추었다고 생각한다.

 

반면에 최명길(이병헌)은 청의 본진에서의 자신이 지향하는 모습을 보여준다. 지금으로 말하면 진보적인 정치적 성향을 보여주었다. 글이 아닌 대화를 통해 해결하려하는 모습을 보며 진보성향의 정치인들이 떠올랐다.

 

 

 

김상헌의 보수주의와 최명길의 진보주의의 대화를 보며 틀린 말은 없었다. 하지만 언쟁을 통해 누구를 위한, 무엇을 위한 제안이고 싸움이였는가 생각이든다. 단순히 척화와 주화를 보는 시선이 아닌 척화와 주화를 인한 결과가 자신에게 이익이 되는 지 안되는지를 따지는 모습으로 나에게는 느껴졌다. 또, 지금의 북핵을 다루는 미국과 우리나라의 모습을 빗대어 볼 수 있을 것 같다.

 

김상헌과 최명길은 생각이 다르지만 서로에 대한 예를 갖추는 모습을 보며 현재 우리나라에서 물고 뜯고 비방하는 정치인들을 모습이 생각났다. 서로 생각이 틀린 것이 아닌 다르다는 점을 이해하고 자신이 말하고자하는 뜻을 명확히 말하는 것이 진정한 충신이지 않을까? 우리나라 정치인들이 남한산성을 보며 진정한 충신이 무엇인지 깨닭았으면 좋겠다.

Real Royal Subjets

 

Today, I have been recommended from my special guest to watch the moive, The Fortress. I watched lightly; however, the movie made me seriously to think history and concerned the present conditions. The Fortress was impressive to think a lot of things.

 

In the beginning of the sceen, Mr. Kim and old man talked each other during the crossing the frozen river. Old man made money or had some food from guiding the way how to cross the frozen river in Winter. Old man took everyone althoguh who were enemy. Mr. Kim couldn't suppressed his anger that old man's act. Then, he killed old man. I believe that this sceen showed Kim's directions how to think his country as the right party.

 

However, Mr. Choi came out from enemy's camp. He tried conversation solving the war. Mr. Choi wanted to get the solutions without war. As this sceen, I believe that he showed that he is the left party.

 

 

There was a conversation sceen. Mr. Kim and Mr. Choi said their opnoions as Kim's conservatism perspective and Mr.Choi's progressivism perspective. With this conversation, there was no answers. Both of them were correct. However, I thought there was no certain purposes for what and for who. I meant it looked like that the right party and the left party considered their political profits. Now, I can comapere this situation with North Korea nuclear problem.

 

Mr. Kim and Mr. Choi thought differently, but they rerspected each other what you were side and what you had political beliefs. They understood each other without personal criticism. I mean in current politc situation in Korea, there are a lot of slander the opposing candidates. I hope that lots of politicans realize the real royal sujects from watching this movie and thinking what they should do for people or for nation.
